Shepherd

This is a Heifer and Goat Project that will start with the Church leaders and Bible teachers.

They will be given a heifer and a goat after they have been taught how to look after them. This group will then have the duty to teach other church members, and later, other members of the society as the project spreads.

Every member who receives a heifer or goat will be required to give back the first heifer or female goat that is birthed by his/her animal to someone else.

This project aims to improve the diets and incomes of the recipients. At the end of 10 years, each of the recipients should have at least 4 cows, and these will enable him/her to earn an income well above the poverty line.
