Silver Street Mission is people like you.

We range from Accounts Clerk through Market Researcher and Pensioner to Website Analyst. Some were born in Australia, some overseas. Some are home owners, some live in boarding houses. We find our unity in Christ!

Worship with us Sunday morning 10:30
Evening service 6:00 pm, 1st Sunday in month
Prayer Wed. nights 7:30 pm (from 18/1/06)

We generally have lunch together on the first Sunday of each month, and a fellowship activity or outing on the last Saturday of each month.

How to find us:
We’re at cnr. Calvert & Silver Sts, south of Post Office, near "Banana Joe's" fruitmarket Illawarra Road or free Council carpark.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT FROM SYDNEY:
Catch Bankstown or Liverpool train via Sydenham -- Marrickville is the next stop. Go up steps from railway station and turn right in Illawarra Road, two blocks to Calvert Street.

Catch 423 or 426 bus to Marrickville along Marrickville Road, get off first stop past Post Office, walk back to Alex Trevalleyan Plaza and go through to church on next corner.
FROM EARLWOOD:
423 Bus, get off just after turning into Marrickville Road, go through Plaza to church.
FROM DULWICH HILL:
426 or 428 Bus into Marrickville, get off just past Illawarra Road, go through Plaza
